Are you wanting to increase the spread and adoption of innovation and improvements?

The NHS England and Improvement publication, produced by NHS Horizons, Leading the Spread and Adoption of Innovation and Improvement: A Practical Guide offers a wealth of practical advice.

At the webinar about the Guide last year, I offered a 1-1 session with me. Sonal Mehta, Partnership Lead (voluntary, community & social enterprise) for Bedfordshire, Luton & Milton Keynes Integrated Care System was selected in a random draw. Sonal shared her experience of the session in the blog 'How the 'Leading the Spread and Adoption of Innovation and Improvement: A Practical Guide' can help in practice'. 

Anyone who would like to increase the spread and adoption of innovation and improvements in the health and care system is welcome to apply.
