Share Your Experiences of the #Caring4NHSPeople Wellbeing Sessions

Since April, thousands of people from across the NHS and partner organisations have joined the #Caring4NHSPeople virtual wellbeing sessions to learn practical tips for managing their own and colleagues' wellbeing during and beyond the pandemic. Session topics presented by a wealth of renowned speaker have included BAME colleagues' wellbeing; LGBTQI+ people's wellbeing; psychological safety; working at home; and supporting working parents. You can find out more and catch up here.

If you taken part in a #Caring4NHSPeople virtual wellbeing session, we would love to hear from you, and invite you to send us a short video (up to two minutes). Your video could include things like what learning you have gained, what you are doing differently as a result, or any reflections you have had - that you think could help other people, too. We'll share the videos on Horizons' social media channels as part of sharing the learning from the sessions.

Your video can be filmed on your own mobile phone. Some tips for creating your video:

  • Before filming, jot down some ideas for things you would like to say
  • Figure out the best lighting: for example, face a window rather than have your back to it
  • Hold your phone in landscape mode (turn your phone on its side)
  • You don't need to worry about a tripod: you can hold your phone at arm's length, or ask a member of your household to hold your phone
  • It doesn't need to be perfect or polished!

Please send your video via WhatsApp to 07730 376371.
