Improvement and Change

In 2015, here were 14,000 responses from frontline NHS staff to the crowdsourcing project the Horizons team did with HSJ News to identify factors that create building blocks for change. In 2020 we're asking what factors made a difference during #Covid19. The answers were basically the same.

Often when we run big virtual sessions, we run them as "events", expecting people to listen for long periods & their attention drifts. Helen is increasingly using a "soft start": getting people into small group discussions right at the beginning.
