Tweets of the Week, 17 April 2020

The Horizons team features many influential Twitter users. Diversity and Inclusion

Some people are saying that there's no time for "usual" practices such as embracing diversity & inclusion as we deal with the #Covd19 emergency. They're wrong. History shows us that inclusive leadership is even more important during a crisis. Read the article:

The term "empowerment" is losing its power. "Empowerment" is problematic because it starts with a presumption that one who empowers has the power to begin with and grants it to others, which reinforces the sense of power & control. Read more.
