Research shows that people who are working remotely are less motivated than those working face to face & those who have no choice but to work remotely are often the least motivated. How to keep your virtual team motivated, based on evidence:

Diversity and Inclusion

Some people are saying that there's no time for "usual" practices such as embracing diversity & inclusion as we deal with the #Covd19 emergency. They're wrong. History shows us that inclusive leadership is even more important during a crisis. Read the article:

The term "empowerment" is losing its power. "Empowerment" is problematic because it starts with a presumption that one who empowers has the power to begin with and grants it to others, which reinforces the sense of power & control. Read more.
