About me

A senior leader in the NHS, I am currently supporting the South West region with delivery of the NHS People Plan and its four component pillars:

I'm an economist by background and I was drawn to the National Health Service to work on improvement programmes; I've held Project and Operational roles within an NHS acute Trust before joining Horizons. Most recently I've been working with the national workforce retention programme to support the NHS staffing challenges; if we get it right for our people, our people will get it right for patients.
